The dining experience is pleasant with a variety of dishes, although some aspects may not meet typical expectations for a 3 or 4-star hotel. Overall, the hotel has its highs and lows but offers value for your money.
The Quorum Hotel offers nice and comfortable rooms, although there was an issue with overcharging for packaged drinking water and some cleanliness concerns. The service was excellent, with helpful and accommodating staff. The location is well-designed and close to shops, making it convenient for travelers. The dining options were decent, providing a mix of South Indian and North Indian food, but there were some inconsistencies with the included package. Overall, a good experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are not as comfortable, with high beds that can be intimidating to sleep on and broken furniture, which is unacceptable for the price paid. However, the cooler temperature in the rooms is a plus point.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with good street views, but they did not match the Luxury room standard as shown on the fire map provided. The service, while attentive and patient in some instances, lacked professionalism at times. The location was excellent, with a special Diwali street food festival held nearby adding value to my visit. The dining options were decent, offering a mix of South Indian and North Indian cuisine. Facilities were adequate, but some areas needed improvement.
The hotel offers extra large rooms suitable for a family of 4, but they do not have windows that can open, resulting in a slightly stuffy and musty smell. The service is willing to help, although at times they seemed mystified by specific requests. Its location near a beautiful heritage college is a highlight, but the surrounding area can be sad and deserted. The dining experience includes good spreads but may feel pricey for some options, which need to be priced accordingly. Overall, the hotel provides value for money with some room for improvement.
My stay coincided with the Special Diwali street food festival, offering excellent food and great value for money. The hotel provided comfortable and clean rooms with all required amenities, but there were issues with non-functional lights during our visit.
